I just turned 16, im 172 and i hate it. my dad is 187 and my grandpa was 184. they both said they grew later around their 16th year but i think thats just cope lol

Being completely realistic, you may grow 2-4cm by the time you're 18.

If you are 16 and your family has tall genetics, you are lucky in terms of potential. Just follow my guide here religiously, bless me religiously, and you can grow to 190 cm, guaranteed.

His genetics by his dad and grandpa are top tier.
And, influence of your growth, aka potential, is dependent on genetics as well. If you have top tier genetics, you can influence your growth better than those who have below average genetics.
