Being completely realistic, you may grow 2-4cm by the time you're 18.

His genetics by his dad and grandpa are top tier.
And, influence of your growth, aka potential, is dependent on genetics as well. If you have top tier genetics, you can influence your growth better than those who have below average genetics.
