Any cheat codes / advice on how to gain weight

Other than the obvious gymcel caveman response "just eat more braa". doing that one already just wanting to know if theres any recommendations to push it even further. perhaps some of you have gone through the process already and have some wisdom to share

Dirty bulk if you're serious about accomplishing that. I always had a fast metabolism and had to eat a ridiculous amount of calories to gain weight, so eating enough "healthy" foods to gain was pretty much impossible. I just eat whatever I want and sometimes try to eat extra calorie dense foods deliberately. Gained from a skinny 155 pounds to 185 pounds in a year this way, and not much of it was fat because I was doing gym and lots of physical work in that time. Despite it being lean mass I gained, it's still not good for you to eat like that, but it was worth it for me since I hate being skinny and weaker

filling out my frame to look healthier and the goal is to do that whilst lean eventually. not really going for a retarded boulder smashing look but i get what u mean
