Ive been strugling so fucking much with eating and gaining weight, im 17, 1,77cm tall and weigh 60kg, i cannot fucking get to put on some weight
idk what im doing wrong and whatever i want to know what should i do, besides eating like what to eat idc if its dirty bulking etc.
i just need some good advice on it:feelswhy:

which mass gainer would you recommend, ik its just a joke abt drinking 2k calories of mass gainer but still:hnghn:
 
mass gainers a scam just eat calorically dense foods (easy with carbs and fat mostly, especially cuz protein makes you full)
make protein shakes n put peanut butter in em
avoid eating bs that just makes you shit more for low caloric value (maybe this is a cope from me but alot of fruits like grapes arent even that high calorie and can just cause u to lose weight esp if fast metabolism)

idk tbh, since your already skinny its probably eays just ti drink one thing instead of woryying about more meals and caloric dense foods and all that bullshit, its easy just to dink a high calorie shake even if it isn't as nutrient dense but its definitely more convenient for a young student
