It basically uses honey as a sticky substance that you can put on your upper eyelid for example or make folds on certain parts around the eye and use honey to increase canthal tilt!

Other than that there are other ways of changing your canthal tilt but it can become more complicated, like pdo threads which can last quite a bit!
