no difference imo. why are you cutting anyways? by cutting you loose muscle along side the fat.
i would rather have the size tbh looks better bigger and fuller in clothes

How else do you expect to lose fat? By overeating?

This. Also 13 days are very short to see any sort of progress. You should build muscle as well
I am. 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight and 500 deficit. Lifting 4-5 times a week.

You need to train abs, did you lose weight?

My goal isn’t to necessarily lose weight, it’s to lose fat. So far around 1-3 pounds, but a lot of it is water weight, shit and a bit of fat.

Yes i am getting bigger and my lifts are going up, but for now my focus will be getting ripped (8-9% body fat) and then recomp (aka maingaining) or maybe a slight surplus. I already built some size (you may not think so, but I am 70 pounds heavier than 2 years ago).

I have been training them forever. They’re just covered by a layer of fat and water.
Weird they don't appear at all and your bodyfat is like 13-14%,fat loss=weight loss ,otherwise you just recomp

It’s called the tall man’s curse. I have 15.5” arms but they look 12 jfl.

If you have a bit of knowledge about this stuff you should know by now that abs require low body fat.

In photos yes. But in reality they will look 15.5" so no worries here
The problem is that at 6’3 you need to train for centuries to look as built as a 5’6-5’8 guy. That’s unfortunate tbh.

Yeah I think I already said that they were stretch marks from muscle growth. (Probably clavicle growth as well).

I lost 1.5-2” of waist circumference so far. But most of it is intestines shrinking because I’m eating less, but definitely fat loss as well.

i see slight change in the belly, but maybe its your posture or lightning

I lost 2 inches of waist size so I’m thinking there is change.

Don't listen to the guys saying you can't get stronger and build muscle in a deficit. You definitely can if you train hard enough and eat a sufficient amount of protein (which you are currently doing). You can probably build muscle in a deficit for the first few years of lifting at least. It obviously gets harder when you are approaching the territory of an advanced lifter, but as a beginner it is definitely possible. I did that myself with great results. There is approximately a year difference between these 2 photos. I am in the middle in the first one. In the 2nd photo my bodyfat is obviously a lot lower, but all of my lifts were a lot higher.

Looks very suspicious and probably with sarms use, but great progress anyway. Yes You’re right, it’s possible to build muscle in a deficit, and the higher body fat percentage is, the easier it is to build muscle.

No sarm or steroid use whatsoever. I have no reason to lie here on an anonymous forum. It's not like I am selling you a training program or something bro.

Then it’s a great compliment if you’re not on sarms. You do have a reason to lie though, as do most PED users. The reason is fear of judgement. Most people are dogs and will say that you only achieved that because of steroids.

That's top genetics for 1 year of training without any aids. Not bad for a greycel. You can go pro.

I've actually been thinking about going pro a bit indeed.

I will probably be taking something in the future, but right now is definitely too early. I don't think it's wise to take PEDs when one isn't even close to their natural limit. But maybe when I'm 30 or so and my natural test lvls are starting to drop, then I will consider going on TRT for life.

Are you a bodybuilder yourself btw?

Consider getting a scale, a lot of them read body fat these days.

It will tell you how much body fat and how much lean mass you're loosing/gaining to tell you if you're on track.

Your waist is pretty wide man. Usually if you don’t have a bikini girl waist and david Laid shoulders you rarely win shows. But try anyway.
