Basically it’s where you take a sharp object to your medial cantus and carefully cut down so you can have a more downturn medial cantus I Alr have a downward medal cantus but I wanna making it do down even more but there are many risks such as if you do it wrong your going to be blind for the rest of your live or at least suffer some eyesight problems

It ends up healing in almost every case and all the end results I’ve seen of the people who do it, it’s nonexistent. Probably gives an illusion of a more downturned canthus while it’s healing and the scar is there but you’re also running huge chances of going blind and losing your vision permanently. You should ask that faggot who cut it with his rusty scissors on here if it’s worth it
