Any down Side to accutane?

I’ve been taking Accutane for about 1.5 years now and the only downside I’ve personally experienced is dry skin and chapped lips. Other than that I have nothing bad to say about it. Is it only me or do you guys have anything bad to say about Accutane?

Im down to10 mg but I was on 30mg when I started

I took it at 16 with highest dose being 80mg. It was the best decision I’ve ever made I was miserable during it with chapped lips and joint pain but skin is way better now. I’ve gotten like 5 pimples in 3 years since taking it.
