in most cases it just takes time bro. My friend was on accutane for around a year and he had scarring but after around 6 months it went away. if waiting or a Derma stamp doesnt work go ask your parents to see a doctor and youll be fine.

if they aren't deep scars Azelaic acid should work but you maybe should wait

The red spots you see is called PIE (post inflammatory erythema). Azelaic acid 15% gel works really well for this. Use spf50 every day to avoid the sun making the spots worse and build up the azelaic acid to morning and night. Could also try out microneedling for overal skin texture if you have some scars but skin looks decent.

If you use spf50 the spots should fade on their own but azelaic acid is gonna help a lot gl.
