Any experiences with HCTZ?

I am nearing ~12% bodyfat but water retention is making my body look like crap without godlight descending unto me, I really don't see anyone talking about it, pretty much just eplerenone and furosemide.

i took 12.5 mgs last night and i pissed about 6 times in the night but it did the job

Yeah I took it I took all of them just use eplernone. It works but it depletes you and you get rebound bloat unless your dosing daily, which is bad cuz it fucks your kidneys and makes your skin look shitty

My reccomendation tho as someone who was in the same boat as you, is to drop more bf you’re prolly not actually 12%, it took me dropping to what I thought was 8% to actually feel good and I didn’t need diuretics to look good but I’m sure it wasn’t actually 8% either

I don’t think I’ll use it everyday, just want to reasonably estimate my bodyfat (I’ll keep cutting after I figure it out cause I’m obviously not sub10) and take pics, then I’ll use it occasionally for recreational events

I’m hanging around 12 to my belief but my midsection, arm below the deltoid, and legs are holding too much for me to see the current state of it.

Won’t even show the legs give me like four weeks

Yeah usually in most cases people are always higher than they think, long term diuretic use isn’t good I am so happy that I stopped I feel so much better, and trust me I abused the hell out of them

I've been taking HCTZ 25mg ED for the past 2 weeks. The first week went well. I was peeing frequently and my face was noticeably debloated. After the first week though, the effects were not as noticeable. I am assuming my body adapted to the water loss and started holding onto more water to compensate. This is called "diuretic braking". I am currently looking into a solution for this issue.

I took it for along time, for a medical condition. It made me piss ALOT, fucking annoying.

Now i'm off it daily and on Triamterene / Hydrochlorothiazide but its way strong to use daily. I only use if I get an attack. That shit dehydrates the fuck outta me.

happened to me to, eplernone is a better option for everyday use, but your body hold water for a reason, its important, the only sustainablke way is to just drop body fat

5mg a day what do u think ?
Ial thinking also 50mg modafinil daily in morning for that also
Also I ordered epplerone and furosemide in case it’s better
