Any fix for dolichocephalic skull (Photos)

My skull literally makes me want to kill myself. It’s so long and narrow as seen in one of my threads due to bad oral habits as a child. I hate my face so much. Is there anyway to fix this MSE + MSDO? Or should I just give up on looksmaxing?
