Any fix to keratosis pilaris

I have keratosis pilaris since birth on my face badly which is a skin condition where keratin overproduces and then it plugs your hair follicles so the skin is red 24/7
the dermatologist told me I can't cure and gave me 10mg accutane pills I take daily
Does anybody here experience the same thing I do? And if you know how to treat it please help me out

no I backed out because I wanted to get tan and it makes you photosensitive

i have it all over my face and body due to being north russian in hot climate
it's not that bad just remember in disappears in cold climate(below -10c)
use 30% urea cream on your face 2 times a day once when you wake up and once after your shower(preferably at evening,night)
and switch to the primal diet I saw massive differences after going primal
also accutane is a waste of time and it doesn't do shit
