Im so fucking mad at my keratosis pilaris what did I even do wrong to be born with genetic red skin and face
I can't do anything accutane and skincare minimized it a bit but nothing really works because it's genetic
I look like a red alcoholic crackhead because I'm so red I wish there was some way to fix it

Any α₁-adrenergic receptor agonists helps. Sum like phenylephrine.

Can you elaborate on that?
Doesn't it just raise the blood pressure?

Real, I also have kp. Fucking sucks. When I have money, im going to see if there are any lasers or treatments that can be done to minimize it. Other than that i think all we can really do is use acids like glycolic acid & shit like that. Havent tried accutane so idk how well it worked for you

They constrict blood vessels.
Less vasodilation -> Less rosacea.

Is your problem Keratosis Pilaris Rubra Faceii? My above suggestion will work, but the leading theory is that ingrown hairs on the face cause the redness (in your case). Save up for PDL treatment.

I can see some improvements on accutane

They don't do lasers on the face so it's useless idgaf about the keratosis pilaris on my arms

I don't think they have PDL around my area
Also Is the pdl treatment permanent after a few sessions?

Sadly not, it lasts 7-8 months (that's off the top of my head). You have to keep getting it, so just wait until scientist discover something big. But my previous suggestion will work.

Is it very expensive or not?

They don't even have the actual reason why, only a leading theory. It's wishful thinking.
