Besides consuming food and water — I cannot think of a single necessary goal in life outside of purchasing a long term living space. Everything else is just a deception — a trap to keep you in a spiked hamster wheel.
The true goal for any person should be owning your time — free from stress and responsibilities. Clothes and cars — all engineered distractions designed to keep you on square one as you try to live out the songs in your headphones.
Without land you are nothing — a slave chained to a heartless market and heartless owners. Begging and groveling for permission just to even exist — a pig stuck in mud thrown just enough carrots to ignore the stench.
Not a second of your life should be wasted on impressing others — loyalty is borrowed time and so is love. You should only give women long term attention if they're rich — and you can exploit them for the house or wealth you need.
TLDR: Securing a long term living space should be your only goal in life outside of food and water — everything else is a diversion intentionally meant to keep you from obtaining this.
