currently struggling w/ apt n this shit makes my ass huge jfl
dont wanna have twink build and all i see are shitty stretching videos so i wanna know whats optimal since there's like 50 of them on yt

-glutes
-quads

also when youre laying in your bed (maybe just watching yt who tf knows) try and make your lower back keep contact with the surface, so it doesnt "float"

i havent fixed mine 100% but i made a lot of progress in the first 2 weeks by doing those simple things

but muscle imbalances are the most important
