Virt a mate or as everyone else calls it "VAM". It's a full on simulator, with custom plugins and addons that anyone can write for, so the limits are close to your own fantasy tbh. You can build some very realistic scenes and it does look great. You can do pretty much anything. I was able to create some very intimate scenes. Has a high learning curve(40+hours?), which might be very off putting for some people. On the other hand, you have to realise that the more customisable a thing is, the more complex it is bound to be, so like a double edged sword. You could consider it as a second job, if you were serious about it. Requires quite beefy hardware too and you should have pretty much top of the end vr headset too. Have a bit of experience, so if you're interested in anything - ask.
