nicotine and caffeine, fast as long as you can till you’re hungry then eat something that’s rich in protein and or fiber for all your meals and stay in a deficit

Once you start getting into the routine of a balanced diet and frequent exercise, You will shred so so much fat off. The water retention your body holds without you actually exercising is pretty crazy. Stick to the deficit, eat filling foods and dont cave into cravings. u got this
