I honestly think I’m just boneless, I’m working out 5 times a week with 34 minutes on the stair master and doing weight lifting, currently in a caloric deficit, I’m 18 years old

Just keep up with the gym stuff and you'll be leaner in no time, then you'll be able to figure out better next steps regarding bones

Anyone can lose face fat genius hop on DNP and Reta and then if the fat distrib still sucks then do acqualyx

You are 18. You still have late-stage pubertal bloating and buccal fat pads. Your facial skeleton hasn't even finished maturing yet. Unless you’re at a bone-dry body fat percentage, you won't see your final bone structure.


5 times a week lifting plus 34 minutes on the stairmaster is bordering on overtraining if you're in a deep deficit. If your face is still puffy, you're either lying about your calories, not tracking sodium, or your cortisol is spiked to heaven from nuking your body with cardio.


Your side profile in ⁠ looks more soft/water-retentive than genuinely high body fat. Drink water, fix your sleep, and cut out processed garbage that causes bloating.


You aren't cooked, your NT (neurotypical) presentation looks fine, and nobody is mogging you out of existence based on these pictures. Stop browsing the forums looking for a pity party, stay consistent with a moderate deficit, and wait until you're 21 for your face to naturally lean out.
