There are tons of threads on hairloss and how to prevent it but about the other main thing that comes with the agepill, skin degradation/wrinkling?

Any guides on how to keep your skin looking youthful? Surprised it's not covered here tbh as it's one of the main factors of the agepill

Yeah but I guess the point would be to prevent skin ageing (for a reasonable time) so you don't have to have use that in the first place

LED light therapy. It made a huge difference for me.

I use a LED&NIR light lamp daily since a few months, cant see any difference.
What kind of lamp and how often do you use it? Also how close are you sitting in front of the light?

what if a boomer redneck came in here and said we were all queers for caring about how we look and not going in the sun

if you avoid sun, then people will say you look pale like a dead guy.

But the sunlight has many pros for the body and mind... so wtf someone is supposed to do?

apparently retin-a, lots of water and sun-screen. don't know how worth retin-a is if you don't have any skin-irritations like pimples

botox prevents wrinkles, fillers temporarily combat them once they are formed.
