I am a manlet who wont grow anymore but i see posts on here with methods such as ankle weights and raised seat cycling? Seems to be cope but just wanted to ask if anyone saw results with this or with any method at all that has helped grow post puberty.

No but im specifically asking for ways to increase natural height. I do plan on getting lifts though and i have to look for good shoes bc a lot of the elevator shoes look goofy lol. Ill probably get the Nike Airmax 97s since they look good and are NT and add 1.8 inches to height
