Any info about Dandelion root extract?

I read that it defines jaw muscles but idk much about it. Does it have any side effects? Is it safe on a 15 y/o?
For what I’ve seen, it’s taken like CBD oils; it’s not pills so I’m assuming it’s safe.

Do I need prescription to buy it? Can you find it in Walgreens, CVS, publix, etc?
I’m right now in the US so it may be easier for me to find it.

Used it back in early 2019 as a diuretic. Works well as a diuretic but nothing much more to it.

How long did it take for you to see effects? Took first dose of 1500mg yesterday.
