Me on the left
Camouflaging this deformity requires building up the deficient hemisphere to match the protruding one. My upcoming jaw surgery will hopefully realign my jaws, and the deficient areas of the forehead, cheekbone can be managed with implants, fillers, fat grafting. The problem is augmenting the lateral orbital rim (outer corner of eye) and appears impossible from what I understand. Forehead implants look terrible from what I have seen. I can't imagine how implants will produce a natural looking supraorbital rim. Anyone else fucked by this deformity?
