With this IPD his midface is fine. His pupil-lip lenght must be somewhere around 69mm which is Gandy tier and he looks fine even with worse IPD and fwhr

You got it wrong. Horse face is the opposite the less it's from 1 the longer face, the more it is from 1 the more wide and compact face. I have 1.08 which is almost the same as Opry who has 1.10. My ipd is 70mm and my pupil-upper lip is 65mm
