I brush normallly my teeth (and tongue a little to really clean up breath), then I just brush the lips for not even 10 seconds, horizontally and vertically. What this does is to exfoliate the lips getting rid of the dead skin giving more lively, red and plumpier look. I have normal-thin lips so it actually helps a lot.
