Any looksmax that could fix a "slanted" philtrum

I am recessed, not to a bad point but it still sticks out. i have a flat chin, deepbite and a long philtrum.
honestly it only improves if im leaner but i wanna fix the root cause not cover it up im still young so
i could get some ortodontic work done
