Is there any way to get more muscles faster naturally? I am 15 and have been going to gym for about 10 months. I went from 45kg to 57kg lean over the time I have been going to gym but how can I get bigger faster? And I also eat 5 meals a day and a lot of meat

Eat more, gym more, be consistent and gradually overtime you’ll get more muscle

Or do tren

Take 5g. of creatine daily. Nofap to increase testosterone levels slightly.

Honestly just train each muscle group 14-16 sets per week (make sure to hit them twice weekly), and make sure last rep of each set is done to momentary muscle failure.

You obviously can not change your muscle insertions, but you can manipulate your myostatin expression with gear

Yeah I do hit every muscle group twice a week and train to failure.
I don’t want to do gear yet because my parents would kill me and I am only 15

Carnivore diet with a lil bit of fruit is the only way.

Steroids put on the most muscle in a short period of time but it's unnatural.

I take 5-10g creatine a day but does nofab really increase testosterone? I saw a study before and test levels increased after like 6 days after Gooning and then it went to normal again
 
NOFAP increase test slightly but not for long, so it’s not real worth it imo unless you have a chronic porn addiction
I have chronic porn addiction 💔 I am trying to stop Gooning but it’s hard

Busting nuts causes your prolactin levels to be chronically elevated and makes all your lifts weaker.

i mean going from 45 to 57 to already a massive jump which is really impressive. But if you keep at this pace, you should be good. Train about 5-10 reps each set and always train to almost or to failure.

I do 3-6 reps and 1-2 sets with a lot of intensity and it is working really good

I do sometimes eat carnivore type of foods but I can’t do it all the time because I have to eat moms food

Eat more while on the carnivore diet, train more and harder, take 10g creatine, sleep lots

If that works for you. That is absolutely great. Keep at it and don't worry too much about what your mum cooks for you, eat whatever. but eat healthy and have a good amount of protein. If you want to gain more fat, there is something called maingain where you don't bulk up by gain 5 kg of fat but maybe 1kg, and you eat in a small surplus of kcal a day. This will basically give you more energy and makes it easier to lift heavy and put on muscle.

Use a basic app like myfitnesspal to keep track of those kcal, its a good app because it has a massive database so it has almost everything and anything based on nutritional info. You can pay for the premium version or you can crack the app and getting all the premium features free- if you only have an android (message me you want me to tell you how).


Other than that, just stay consistent, don't forget to do a bit of cardio each week - i do it as a warmup before my actual routine.
 
Just bought more creatine I will try to take 15 grams and see how it does
15 grams is really excessive and you shouldn't take that much because your body isn't going to make a difference if you take that much, 5g a day is normally recommended over the course of a couple months. I've heard if you don't drink enough water/have too much creatine you may get kidney stones but I am not sure if its a rumour or not

i did maingain before but I just went down in weight and got weaker so I’ll just stick with eating everything because I have fast metabolism. I do cardio but not in the gym, I walk home from the gym instead of taking the bus and that is 35 minutes of cardio

I have been Gooning since I was 7 and I am NOT proud of that or anything I hate it

DNP is a weightloss drug which is dangerous first of all and secondly it doesnt put on muscle, you lose weight for it which can reduce muscle and fat
oh okay my goal is just put on muscle naturally and I don’t really care if I put on a bit of fat because I can just eat a bit less and the fat disappears

yeah dw about DNP, its a weightloss drug that only helps with weight loss. who wouldve guessed. If you really want to lose a bit of weight you can take retatrutide 1-2mg a week. Its a peptide which stimulates the hormone of making you feel full. There are no side effects of it.But dont worry about that, you need to refrigerate it and its kinda impossible at your age since you are living with your parents and you dont want to spend money

exactly what you are doing, stick to it. Dont worry about anything else. Eat healthy, live your life. Don't think about any steroids or drugs until you had a minimum 4 years in the gym
