Any natural ways to maximize eye sight?

I just wanna prevent getting glasses or smth, shit would nerf me hard.
I only use my blue light blocker glasses on pc or in school when I have to do close up work.
Im so much on the pc that lately i have been having a harder time focusing whilst reading due to not seeing every letter sharp...

u cant rlly naturally improve js maintain and take care so they dont get worse (age &g genetics matter a lot) js wear contacts. my eyesight was perf for a while and then the shitty genes js kicked in recently

No it’s just notice how all glasses wearing ppl need to get stronger glasses each 5 years

ye fr it does weaken the eyes overtime at the cost of seeing good for a lil, id say only use any time of appliance only when needed if ur eyesight isnt that terrible
