Not hgh due to how hard it is for me to get and hide from my parents
 
consistent sleep schedule and eating schedule
 
Sleep a good 8 hours per day. Nutrition correctly.

I have no closet and i share a room its not that easy and i also have other siblings etc

If im 16 tanner stage 3.8, what should i do if my main goal is to get downward growth of my jaw for sfs and increase dimorphism

I do have a bike room where i can hide all my stuff, but it would be impossible to refrigerate something unless i got a portable cooler refrigerator that doesnt need a plug idk

yes is does increase gh however it was often very minor unless you have very good genetics most people wont really get anything

eh pair mk with some supplemental factors like msm gluco melatonin + a good diet and an ai like anastrozole and ur igf-1 and gh can be boosted up to 70% so its def worth it. it also works synergistically with hgh so im taking mk rn while i finish up my research and plan out my routine for hgh which im gonna start in around a couple weeks

the only significant side is insulin fuck up which u just fix by taking chromium pico and ala twice a day with ur carb heavy meals and monitor it make sure it doesnt go over 100

How do I know when to take ai
an ai is just taken to lower ur e2 -> makes ur growth plates stay open later. take anastrozole like 1mg or .5mg if u wanna microdose in the morning

Im not strong in purberty its 4 am for me already i barley sleep i dont eat good
