No but uppdate what you think, the only thing is that the outer edge of the eye seems to be in risk of being kinda gayified, cat like. And there are two types of vectors the surgeon works from for an ideal lift. Vertically from eyelid incision and diagonal from the temple region.

Also lifting cheek fat can give a downward pull so a safety canthoplasty to secure the lower eyelid from producing more schleral show is recommended.

Other wise the surgery is highly dependent on the surgeon as he will need to judge how much stretching and lifting should be done too look natural and not overdone. The pulling look works better on women and thats why its so hard to get right on men. Also the skin will look extra pulled for the first year which can either fraud or make the result look off within the first year. Worst case the skin settle after one year and it looks like you almost didnt lift a thing.
