I would honestly show my full before and afters if you would consider me, im a candidate for either modified lefort 2 or obo (need to shorten midface) I have the money. I was wondering if you thought of a way to shorten vertical height of the middle third, I also need advancement there. I tagged you on my thread and posted a pic of me and my ratios
