Looking for advice on fat loss timeline & dosing with DNP

I’m a bit confused because two of the top guides I’ve read seem to conflict on what to expect, so I’m hoping someone here can clarify.

Current stats:

  • Weight: 180 lbs
  • Body fat: ~20%
Goal:

  • Weight: 160 lbs
  • Body fat: ~10%
Current plan:

  • 200 mg daily dnp
  • 1000 calories per day ( 180g protein )
  • 200 mg testosterone
  • Training: lifting 5 days per week
  • Activity: ~10,000 steps daily
My goal is to maximize fat loss while preserving as much muscle as possible.

Questions:

  1. Based on this setup, roughly how long would it take to reach my goal?
  2. Would increasing the dose to 400 mg help achieve results faster, or is that unnecessary/risky?

okay thankyou, if I was to up it to 400mg how long would u estimate?
Will prob only cut the time by max 1 week

Should combine it with reta. I never use more than 200mg dnp because it's simply a waste of money since fat loss is effortless anyway. Might be different for you.

okay okay good to know, and yeah ill just stay at 200mg then, for me dieting is so difficult but im just taking 3mg reta daily atm and its helping quite alot, its probably not good for me but its only a short term thing, how many cals do u normally try aim for on dnp?

oh I didn't think I would've since the diet is so fast but im not complaining
Yes cause youre hitting protein on trt+ dont have that much muscle already, Not gonna be crazy but you literally cant lose muscle

500-800 high protein, some fat, (almost) no carbs

Bro DNP is genuinely a really dangerous drug that can kill you in 3 days, I would STRONGLY recommend staying under this forum's recognized "safe limit" of 250mg a day. 400mg a day wouldn't speed up the process meaningfully but what I can tell you is that it would put a TON of stress on your heart. Pretty scary shit so maybe I'm just a pussy but I wouldn't risk it.

you’re just going to die if you follow your plan, while on DNP YOU WILL BE SO TIRED so 10k steps is literally useless, eating 1k calories is also useless just eat 2k with good proteins, no need to stop eating since dnp does all the work but be careful not to eat too much glucose because that will translate to more heat, increasing the dose isnt worth the risk, people died from doing that, just stay on 200mg do nothing and be patient, in less than a month you should reach your goals. I don’t personally recommend taking any other medication with dnp as it is very tiring for your liver and could cause organ failure

Okay so its been a week and my face has gotten quite alot leaner but my body looks skinnier but equally undefined, does anyone have any idea why?

just wondering if there is a cap on how much fat can you burn then what is the point of taking dnp if you can simply doing a agressive cut and losing fat just as quick
