Read the guide I posted on gymmaxxing/training. Make sure you’re sleeping 8-10 hours, eating 1g protein per lb of bodyweight at LEAST. Do this for 3 years and you’ll be amazed how much progress you make.

Debatable. Show me any actual hard evidence that YK-11 inhibits Myostatin in even an in vivo animal study…

Pine polen powder, you can do a 2 month cycle. 3 grams a day and 6 grams on gym days. Add in some sishandra powder and creatine into the shake for an extra boost. And add ashwegwanda ksm 66 supplement it is what curry body builders use. This is best, natural and minimal side effects. But make sure to do progressive overload, eat enough protein and eat proper amount of protein and the most important stay consistent with your routine. That's it, it isn't rocket science.

As for roids oral anavar and winstrol are the mildest ones but still roids and can speed up norwood and cause nasty side effects, not worth it.
