sadly no, your jaw has to be rotated thru surgery. I also doubt that a perfect result is achievable

Yea not even sure if it's worth it if anyrhing the down growth helps my front be less compact but at the end of the day it's unideal

I still believe that you could profit from it tho

Maybe ask in the cosmetic surgery sub there are many knowledgeable users who can share their opinion @geenk worg seems to know his stuff when it comes to jaw surgery
