Any soft maxes to define nose bridge?

from the side my nose bridge is okay, my nose isn't too wide, its just from the front my nose bridge looks so flat, is there anything I can do to fix this? ive saved for a rhino so I could get one but I have been doing research for months and cant find a single surgeon I think is actually good at doing rhinoplasties for my situation, if anyone can help me and I see even a minor positive difference to my nose bridge or find me a really good surgeon ill send u 20

If it's soft then accutane and that one eczema cream I forget the name of, if it's the dorsal then just keep looking for good surgeon
