Any solutions to a downward grown nasion besides a narrow lf2?

By "downward grown" do you mean it's recessed or thar it's low-set?

Downward grown maxilla causing it to be recessed

Also modified lf3s don't touch the nasion

I guess a way to put it is that if your problem is a recessed browridge, browridge implants can solve it but if it's an overall maxilla issue then u need lf2

Yeah im thinking a ccw lf1+ custom upper implants could fix it
