Any tips for ascending ?

this is me currently, i lost weight and did other stuff to "ascend" but is there anything else i can do? i know i need rhino but i dont have the money for that any softmaxxes that are possible or is that the most i can achieve naturally? Video is without filters and in natural lighting btw

Long face is your main flaw and is pretty much unfixable past 17
