Any tips for keratosis pilaris?

I’ve had this pretty much my whole life, and it’s not very noticeable, but it does make my arms a little red. It’s only on the back and sides of the top part of my arms. I can’t find a ton of information on how to fix it, so if you have any tips lmk.
 
I actually helped a lot of young guys with this. The simplest and most hardcore efficient fix for this is isotretinoin (accutane). If you want slower and more laid back results use salicylic acid. You can message me privately if you want specific help for you.

Would tretinoin work? Accutane is a little harder for me to get.

Actually if you had it all your life then Urea 10% to 20% is probably best to break down the dead protein. Something like this should do wonders.
