I looking for ways to leanmaxxing effectively

Assuming you are in a calorie deficit, intermittent fasting and getting 10-15k steps a day are essentials. Weight lift 3-4x weekly if you can be bothered.

It all comes down to calories in calories out, that is how you lose weight.

Calculate your normal daily calorie burn using calculator.net.

Subtract 1000 calories from this, and you will burn 2 lbs per week.

3500 calorie deficit = 1 lbs of fat.

You cannot out-exercise a bad diet, men need around 1500 calories per day btw.

i dont think intermittent fasting is good for my age. I'm 14 years 4 months old right now

oh in that case you shouldn’t be on a diet unless you are really obese bro make sure to eat a lot of protein and nutrient dense food
