any tips for lowering bf at dorm?

how should i lower my body fat at dorm, but i can't cook for myself cuz they cook everything for us, and there only one type of meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and we don't have our own kitchen where we can cook for ourselves?

also i'm 25.5% bf (by my scale's calculations) but i don't believe it...
i'm already 69 kg's at 180 cm's so should i go lower?

ideally get to 10% body fat, which will depend on your stats. But 69kg at 180 is not bad At all

the dorm cost's me about 100 $ a month with room to sleep and three meals a day
i have about 30 $ a week, but i don't have a place to cook, and they won't cook for me

usual stuff, like spaghetti bolognese, chicken with rice or baked noodles, a lot of pastry, a lot of goulash'es and legumes, etc..

if you are 12% your life is different at that dorm keep that in mind

Get the chicken load up on lots of veg ,leave out pasta and simple carbs .buy some whey protein 2 scoops a day 50protein ,no kitchen needed
