i suck at it.
 
cut your arms to lower the range of motion
 
is longer arms actually a reason why its harder for some people?

Start with lower weights and do higher reps

Balance and form is key for over head press otherwise you can really fuck yourself up

Use a suicide grip and do a 3x5 and when you can do that weight do it for 5x5 then just add 5 lbs and do 3x5 and then 5x5...... I'm guessing ur'e still a noobie so you should be able to milk easy 20-50lbs out of this system after that instead of doing 3x5 do 5x3 and then 3x5 and then 5x5. squeeze ur glutes and abs before every rep and do the valsalva manouver (basically take big breath and hold it before every rep.) I'd also recommend tracking your food and eating at a maintenance or surplus (depending if ur fat or just normal bf).

Don't do behind the neck and go down slowly. Over time you will get stronger
 
Make your main lift the push press because you can progress faster on it and your ohp will go up on it's own
