Am 15 5,10 161 pounds I walk 3k -5k steps a day cause am to lazy


I was thinking of eating 1500 calories a day

Because 1800 calories a day is kinda slow in my opinion

Idk why there are so many retarded questions on this website. It raises my cortisol. Why would you go into a calorie deficit at 15 when you’re already a healthy bmi what’s the point
 
Why are you cutting at that weight you should just hit gym and stay at maintainance calories and you’ll get leaner and gain muscle

You are in puberty bro, you need to eat more, 1800 calories is normal, if you eat very little, you will break down, don’t think that you will stand like Jesus.You can sometimes, once a week or a month, allow yourself to eat something like fast food or sweet, this will help you not to break down, and walk more, drink more water.You can replace sweets with fruits too.
