my opinion on your questions:
Have a solid social circle of nt people. I know non-nt people will probably attract other non-nt people, but this is a trap as you will never leave this bubble. So once you're at school, work or somewhere else hang out with the normies.
If you struggle in public situations or don't know what to talk about with girls, just copy the behavior of your nt friends. Mimic the way they talk to other people, how they greet each other, what type of jokes they like.
By doing this, you basically hardcode their behavior into your mind and once you need it you can easily be nt as well.
