dawg you're 15. Women are self centered creatures until they find something of value, YOU need to make something valuable of yourself outside of looks / appearance to appeal to them further.
Honestly if you wanted to extrovert max you could take up some form of dancing, women love that shit and there is absolutely no tall, straight guys in that space so your competition is zero.

Either way at your age i would stay out of trynna get girls, build up a shit ton of muscle, money, talent, skill in a sport that appeals to women / just anything along those lines and then you're gonna have no issues g. Its a waiting game. ALSO being so deadass women have 0 interest in showing any form of attention to men at all as they will basically always have men chasing them so if you were insanely desperate your best option is to just make the first move.

If you really wanted any info on how to look better I'd focus up a bit more around your eye area, getting your eyebrows thicker / more appealing & grow out the hair slightly but not too much at all as you wont look good with long hair but imo this hair you've got rn is wayy to short.

Skin will just improve with time unless you wanna bruit force it - which is a stupid idea - you can go on Accutane or something along those lines
