not much left to do, if you realistically want to raise the bar i'd recommend surgery surrounding your jaw

you can try hydrocortisone 1% for your nose (but not too much, do good research) and cutting your hair a bit shorter so your eyebrows are more visible. plus do hyoid training cause yours is a bit low
