Any tips on how to reduce bad sleeping effects?

Im not talking health wise, just aesthetics wise. I study and work as a nurse so all i can get a day is about 3-4 hours of sleep.

I would be very thankful if someone can give me some tips to reduce the bloating and the eyebags generated by not sleeping correctly without sleeping more

On a serious note maybe just improve your schedule?
