May not be important. I don't mean to not ice cream or something like that. I mean try to consume enough macros and micros. When I don't eat enough for some days I notice I sleep worse and look worse.

Yeah i got it, But my diet is shit so i have acne i wouldnt be surprised if it lowered my chances of getting the job tbf its just a regular grocery store position
