Any tips on removing love handles

I’ve been in a caloric deficit for over 4 months I lost over 30 pounds love handles definitely look smaller, but I feel like they still project a substantial amount and I need help losing them if anyone knows how to or has been in the same situation as me i’m 130lbs 5’8”

Unless you lean out a lot more youre not going to see a difference, just use a fat dissolver if you really care
