Any tips to deal with anger/rage/aggression?

Sometimes something triggers me really bad and induces this feeling of pure rage in me. I force myself to swallow it down which feels really unsatisfying.
It makes me want to destroy something or beat someone (who deserves it) up.
Obv both these ways or atleast the second one isn’t an option.

So what are good ways to release anger? And don’t come up with gym or boxing or whatever because those don’t help in the exact moment when you feel anger

do u get enough sleep, what abt ur nutrition? whats ur t levels like? lots of things could affect ur mood, u need to do research on ur current health. the other advices in these comments are shit they dont understand it.

Sleep probably 7 hours, nutrition I currently don’t give a shit about it and just eat what I feel like but still overall healthy food, t levels idk

The thing is it’s not like I am in a constant state of anger. It just happens when I think or get reminded about certain things in my life which bother me or make me frustrated
 
Break shit. I broke my door and laptop. Find cheaper stuff like pencil or paper. Also i like to throw stuff like remote. Choose cheap stuff otherwise u ll regret it

What triggers you the most?

For me it's the sex appeal pill, sometimes I look in the mirror and see my tiny neck and narrow jaw which makes me rage hard.

Also OP when I rage I go LDAR in bed and have a nap, usually I wake up in a better mood

what kind of things in ur life? emotional problems? financial? relationships? etc... u need to find out what it is thats making ur life worse and find how to change of fix it or why if its something seemingly minor there still must be a reason why its bothering u so much

Know the consequences of anger/stress on your physical and mental health which affects the quality of your day/life.


Like it will raise your cortisol levels and blood pressure, while stress causes grey hair...

Not to mention that it's quite possible for you to lose a tooth or break an arm during a fight which will add nothing even if you beat the shit out of someone.

I'm not saying to be a complete cuck and let people walk all over you, but ignore 90% of people's bullshit.

If it's really serious just beat the shit out of them no second thoughts.


Also find pleasure in battle of words/arguments. I feel like winning over with an argument satisfies me and cools me down. It's will make you feel superior in terms of IQ and thought processing ability.

I already do this but while it feels great to know that you are one of the only sane persons it also always is frustrating when you argue with people who just won’t accept facts or are to stubborn to understand things which seem so glass clear to me

Most people can’t separate emotions and rationality during arguments.
This is why there will be people who get upset if you point out facts which dismantle their feelings.
You will get called a racist, fascist, sexist, nazi or whatever for just calling out their bullshit and stating facts.
The brutal thing is that most of the time you can’t actually win the argument because in today’s society not the person who is right wins but instead the person who is louder and has more people who agree with him.
