Sometimes something triggers me really bad and induces this feeling of pure rage in me. I force myself to swallow it down which feels really unsatisfying.
It makes me want to destroy something or beat someone (who deserves it) up.
Obv both these ways or atleast the second one isn’t an option.
So what are good ways to release anger? And don’t come up with gym or boxing or whatever because those don’t help in the exact moment when you feel anger
