Haven't posted in a while. Been trying to get leaner but I need better discipline. I know I need to shave in the clip. My asymmetry is still there obviously. I will invest in surgery. How do I fix side profile because my nose is pretty bad but chin is like recessed. And how do I get the part under my chin to be like less droopy? I believe it's called a hyoid.

Use krokodil, it’s a fat dissolver. It’s less potent than lemon bottle or Aqualyx but much cheaper and has less bloat
